WHAT IS A FIRM'S CULTURE?

As a practicing attorney, you have probably learned that the substantive work at different law firms is not too dissimilar. One of our roles is to assist you in distinguishing one firm from another. Each firm's culture is complex, characterized collectively by the actions of individuals. We have an historical as well as contemporary perspective on what has shaped a firm's reputation, and we address the sensitive issues of race and gender that affect lawyers and law firms.
